We are located on the D309 approximately 1/4 mile North of the village of Noyen-sur-sarthe
Leave the A11 at Junction 9 onto the N226 and then right onto the D309 down through Louplande, Chemiré-le-Gaudin and Fercé-sur-Sarthe, after Fercé-sur-Sarthe, carry on for about a mile on your right side you will pass a sign post off to Mont, carry on.
At the second sign post off to Mont (again off to the right), you will be opposite Martins Pecheurs. The house is on the river side of the road, a large Yellow & Red Brick house.
Should you by chance go under the railway bridge at the start of the village of Noyen-sur-Sarthe, you have gone too far.
