Martins Pecheurs is a unique brick-built Loire house, originally used as a Bar & Restaurant for the busy commercial river-boat trade in the 1920's.
Located just 18 miles (25 minutes by car/motorcycle) from the historical and exciting Le Mans racing circuit.
In addition to the L'Arche apartment, which we have available for rent, we can also provide Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Please note that this is only by prior arrangement; rates are available upon request.
Martins Pecheurs is situated in delightful French countryside just a 10 minute walk from the picturesque village of Noyen-sur-Sarthe. Noyen-sur-Sarthe has a selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance of Martins Pecheurs, also within Noyen-sur-Sarthe are several boulangeries and two small, but very well stocked, supermarkets.
